Through discussion and exploration, I will help you clarify your own beliefs, values and priorities, arriving at a place where you can claim your personal freedom.
I draw from a number of theoretical approaches including: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotional Regulation Techniques, Therapeutic Mindfulness, Client Centred Approach, Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Somatic and Self-regulation.
